Refund policy
ALL of the following criteria’s must be met in order for items to be eligible for an exchange, return, or refund. Unless otherwise notified by us.
- All returns should be made clear to us within 14 days of original purchase date.
- All item(s) returned must be in the same condition as originally purchased including any packaging.
- All item(s) returned to us must include sending proof of postage receipt before being sent. This can be from your own chosen delivery provider. Without such a receipt we cant guarantee to be able to process the return or replacement in the event the item is lost in transit. We will offer to cover the cost of return postage.
- Any return or replacement item(s) no longer available will be refunded for the original purchase value. Unless another item(s) choice is available on customers request instead.
How To Return
- All returns must be done within 14 days of the original purchase date. They can be sent via any courier of your choice but must be sent to us tracked with a tracking number &/or a receipt which is to be sent to us as proof of the return. If the product you have received has a genuine fault or manufacturing error then we will refund the return cost to you after the fact. Please get in contact with us for any further information regarding returns & we will be glad to help. We reserve the right to refuse any refund or replace any item if we suspect any fowl play.

Return/Refund Process Time
